6つのTOY JAMが“ The Dalemain
World Marmalade Awards 2026” を受賞
マーマレードの本場・イギリスで毎年開催される「ダルメイン世界マーマレードアワード」。
世界中から何千もの応募が集まるこの大会では、商品ラベルの貼り付けが禁止されており、
外観・色・テクスチャー・香り・風味など、マーマレードそのものが審査されます。
you-ichiが初エントリーした2017年には、「TOY JAM みかんカルダモン」をはじめ2種類のマーマレードが金賞を受賞。
そして今年は、「香り」をテーマに作り上げた「TOY JAM 瀬戸内レモン月桂樹」が金賞に輝き、同時出品した5つも銀賞を獲得しました。
過去の受賞を含めると、金賞4・銀賞10・銅賞1。品質だけで世界から評価されています。
The Dalemain World Marmalade Awards, held every year in the UK -the home of marmalade- attracts thousands of entries from around the world.
To ensure fair judging, product labels are not allowed. Each entry is evaluated purely on the marmalade itself, including its appearance, color, texture, aroma, and flavor.
In 2017, the year you-ichi entered for the first time, two marmalades -including TOY JAM Mikan Cardamom- won Gold.
This year, TOY JAM Setouchi Lemon Bay Leaf, created with “aroma” as its central theme, was awarded Gold, and the five other marmalades we submitted received Silver.
Including past results, our total to date is 4 Gold, 10 Silver, and 1 Bronze -recognized worldwide for quality alone.
